SELLER
AGREEMENT.

Agreement is between Prints That Bites (PTB) and the Seller. Product: branded t-shirts, fixed retail price 595฿. No exceptions, no discounting.

Seller earns 100฿ per shirt sold. Bar/venue receives 50฿ per shirt — paid by PTB directly to the venue, never deducted from the Seller. Referrals: 25฿ per shirt sold by anyone the Seller recruits.

10+ shirts in a Mon–Sun week = +1,000฿ bonus. Each additional 10 shirts = +500฿ extra. Bonuses paid alongside weekly commission.

Sales week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Thailand time. Payment lands every Sunday via Bangkok Bank transfer or Wise, Seller's choice at sign-up.

Seller must collect full 595฿ before handing over a shirt. Discounts, partial payments, or holding shirts on credit are not permitted. Seller is responsible for handling cash safely until reconciled with PTB.

All sales are final. Seller is not authorized to issue refunds, exchanges, or credits. Customer disputes are escalated to PTB via WhatsApp.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, in writing (WhatsApp counts). Outstanding commission for completed sales is paid on the next scheduled Sunday payout.

Seller is an independent contractor, not an employee of PTB. Seller is responsible for their own taxes, work permits where applicable, and conduct. PTB does not provide insurance, holiday pay, or guaranteed income.
